The EVC is a non-profit agency serving individuals with developmental disabilities. They enhance the lives of children, adults, and families in an environment that promotes independence, dignity, and respect. The CDC was able to design a new facility to consolidate all of their functions to the same side of Emory Valley Road, which will help with the safety of staff and clients. The design will also better accommodate their services such as: job placement, a workshop program, and an adult day care program.
